The asset is under construction on a plot belonging to Seville City Hall and has been granted to the sponsor by administrative concession for 78 years. Total estimated investment: 60,6 M€. The plot is located in calle Ramon Carandev (old Tussam sheds). The main goal is to follow up the renewal of the neighborhood that originally was industrial with military and transport infrastructures and now it is becoming residential, increasingly offering services.
