Alternative Asset Management allows institutional investors, family offices and private banking clients to access diversified and specialized investment vehicles focused on private equity, European corporate debt and value-added investments in the Spanish real estate market. Wealth Management provides integral advisory and management services to families and private clients through Family Office services and Discretionary Portfolio Management .

Partner
Eduardo Fernandez-Cuesta has over 29 years experience in Spanish and European real estate market. He has joined Arcano in 2015 as Partner of Arcano Real Estate. Prior to that, Mr. Fernández-Cuesta was Chairman of CBRE Spain for 16 years. In 2013 he became chairman of RICS Spain and later a member of RICS European Board.
Eduardo received a Bachelor of Arts in Law from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, a Master in Business Administration from Instituto de Empresa, an AMP from Harvard University, an API (Ministerio de Fomento) and a FRICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, RICS).
CFO
Cristina has more than 14 years of experience in real estate. She joined Arcano at the beginning of 2016 as CFO of the Real Estate Asset Management team and is responsible for the structuring, financing and execution of transactions. Prior to joining Arcano, she was Senior Manager at Aareal Bank, an international real estate specialized lender, and prior to that, Investment Banking Analyst at Eurohypo, another international real-estate specialized credit institution.
Bachelor degree in Law and Business Administration from Carlos III University, Master in Finance from the IE and Master in Real Estate from the Universidad Europea de Madrid.
Urban Development Fund Director
Leonor Martinez-Pereda has 27 years of experience in the Real Estate and infrastructure area, in both public a private sector. She has been an urban development advisor, General Director of infraestructures, President of the Housing Agency in Extremadura.
Leionor received a Bachelor of Arts in Law from Extremadura University
Investment Officer
With more than 8 years of experience in the infrastructre sector, he joined Arcano in 2019 as the debt structurer of the Urban Development Fund. Before, he worked as manager of M&A and Businees Development in Red Eléctrica and Sacyr and and in the transaction department of PwC.
Javier has a double Bachelor degree in Law and Businnes and Administration by UPNA, CFA Charterholder since 2017, Master in Financial Markets in Universidad San Pablo-CEU and Master in Audit and Accounting in ICADE.
Analyst
With more than 5 years of experience as a consultant and in the energy sector, Alejandro joined Arcano in 2019 as an analyst of the Urban Development Found. Previously, Alejandro worked as a financial analyst in Enagas, as an energy consultant in G-advisory and as a consultant in Deloitte and PwC.
Alejandro is an Industrial Engineer of ICAI (Universidad Pontificia Comilas) with a master in International Project Management in ICADE Business School. Besides, he has the level I of CFA and is a candidate for level II.
