Minority equity investment (49%) for the construction and subsequent operation of a temporary accommodation infrastructure (aparthotel) on a plot of land for tertiary use in the Málaga TechPark. The project will have 186 beds, large common areas (swimming pool, cinema, coworking, fitness room, cafeteria and terrace) and 56 parking spaces.
